We take a look at Adi "Barrel" Williams' typical day...

Marrow, I get up in the morning, have a nice fry-up and head straight down to the local Co-op under the guise of buying the milk for work. After this and a full English breakfast for just £2.99, I head off to work. I spend a fair bit of time behind the counter which can get a bit boring during quiet periods. I always take in some sandwiches to amuse myself with and at half ten I lock up and pop into the transport cafe round the corner, because I have to wait at least another half an hour before the burger van arrives and I don't want to starve!

If it is a Saturday, I will usually nip home for a bite to eat before popping down the cricket club. I will make sure the teas are fit for human consumption by sampling two dozen or more of the cakes and sausage rolls. Adi WilliamsOccasionally I will take a quick drive down to Tesco's house on the off chance he has got some chocolate open or some biscuits out. I make sure that I eat at least three packets of pork scratchings before I take to the field, and I will play cricket.

After the game, I will retire to the bar and in my remit as captain, have to make sure that the kitchen is tidy for the Sunday captain. This allows me to finish off any sandwiches and cakes that weren't eaten. I will have a couple of pints of Tango and some crisps in the club before I drop my car off ahead of the "Session". I will eat a couple of packets of Rolo's while driving home and I may stop off for a bag of chips too. And a pizza.

If my mum has made some tea, I will bury that before hitting the pub where I consume pints and packets of pork scratchings in the ratio of 1:12. I enjoy my sport - I know people call me "Barrel" and that I could lose a bit of weight, but because my job involves a lot of sitting around I invariably am not as trim as I would otherwise be. Gotta dash - me kebab's done.
